The topic of the first Open Minds discussion for 2015 is entitled “The New Global Security Agenda”. Speaker Dr. Wesley Wark, professor emeritus from the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto and author of Secret Intelligence: A Reader, will discuss the different terrorism threats Canada faces and how to respond to them.
