Art Roulette and Visual Arts Open House

The University of Regina campus and Regina community are invited to drop in to the Department of Visual Arts annual Open House and Art Roulette reception and fundraising event. The Department of Visual Arts opens the doors to the public each year for an Open House to showcase the works of our students in a range of media. Studios will be open, students will be demonstrating techniques, and students’ art will be on view in all our studios and classroom on all three floors. Entry is free, and this year tickets are on sale for $30.00, which will guarantee walking home with an original work of art donated by an undergraduate or graduate student. How it works: you buy a ticket, you come to the event, tickets will be drawn from a drum, and when your ticket is called you get to pick a work of art off the wall (or floor, or plinth!). You may designate a proxy on your behalf if you are unable to attend the event. Open House: 5 – 7 p.m. Art Roulette at 5th Parallel Gallery: 7 – 10 p.m. following Open House
