Mr. Michael Doucet will present “Intelligence vs Privacy: A false dichotomy?” Michael Doucet is the Executive Director of the Security Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC). The Security Intelligence Review Committee is an independent, external review body which reports to the Parliament on the operations of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS).
