Mike Tremblay is the Vice President, Public Sector at Microsoft Canada. He leads all aspects of Microsoft’s public sector business across Canada. He has 30 years of sales, marketing, operations and general management experience. Prior to joining Microsoft as Vice President of Public Sector, Tremblay worked for SAP Canada, where he successfully served as SVP, Public Services. He has also held senior executive positions with Fujitsu Consulting, JDS Uniphase, EDS and Digital – principally across Canadian, American and Latin American markets. Tremblay has an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal and is a graduate of Computer Technology from Algonquin College. From 2004-2010, Michael served as a member of Algonquin College’s Board of Governors and currently chairs the college’s Foundation Board. Michael is an active member of the Audit and Corporate Services Committee with the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. In his presentation, Tremblay will provide a strategic update concerning Microsoft Corporation – Globally and Locally in Canada, including a discussion of Microsoft’s Academy for College Hires (MACH) program.
