Emotional contagion in a social media environment

The Faculty of Business Administration invites the University community and the public to attend a visiting scholar research presentation: “Emotional contagion in a social media environment” Presented by: Svenja Widdershoven, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands Svenja Widdershoven (1985) is an external PhD student at Radboud University and a lecturer in Marketing and Communication for Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Svenja studied Communication at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven and earned a master’s degree in Business Communication and Digital Media at Tilburg University. Svenja’s PhD research investigates emotional contagion in the context of social media environment. Svenja’s research interests include communication and interaction via digital technologies and the use of social media for marketing purposes.
