Liberty in North Korea is returning to the University of Regina to tell about the situation in the Democratic Republic of Korea (North Korea) and ways in which this situation can be changed. Our three presenters will give an engaging multimedia presentation which will include recorded interviews with North Korean refugees now living in South Korea and the United States. “For too long, the outside world’s attempts to prompt change in North Korea have been unsuccessful because we have overlooked the most important drivers of change-the North Korean people. The people have been transforming their country from the inside and outside. By standing with them, we can accelerate this change.” More information: http://www.libertyinnorthkorea.org/

I was raised to volunteer: nursing homes, clinics, church nurseries, school, everywhere that could use help. It’s such an intrinsic part of me, to use my life to help improve the quality of others.
