Cougar Hockey Girls Summer Camp

The Cougar Hockey Summer Camp for Girls has been developed according to the recommendations of the Canadian Sports for Life, Long Term Athlete Development Model. The Hockey Canada Player Development model has nine stages based on the physical, mental, emotional and cognitive development of children and adolescents. Our Cougar camp will emphasize the FUNdamentals and Learn to Train stages of development focusing on physical literacy, fitness and basic hockey skills.
