Presented by Greg Finnegan, Principle, Changing Climate Consulting This lecture will explore two recently published works on labour issues in the North; the first looks at Statistics Canada’s Survey of Employment, Payrolls and Hours (SEPH) and the growth of the First Nations Public Service in the Yukon and the second on the impacts of Fly-in/Fly-out workers (Receiving and Sending Employees from the National Accounts Tax Files) on the Northern labour market in the Territories.
