Have a Heart Campaign – January 29th to February 14th The Aboriginal Student Centre at the University of Regina is encouraging our campus and community to engage in the national Have A Heart Day Campaign, led by First Nations Child & Family Caring Society. Screening of Hi Ho Mistahey A documentary by Alanis Obomsawin, this film shares the story of Shannen’s Dream, a national campaign to provide equitable access to education in safe and suitable schools for First Nations children. Strong participation in this initiative eventually brings Shannen’s Dream all the way to the United Nations in Geneva. Free Popcorn!
