Presented by Ronald J. Kruzeniski, Q.C., Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner Ronald J. Kruzeniski will talk about new developments at the Information and Privacy Commissioner’s office with a focus on citizens first, information for all and an updating of legislation. The presentation will highlight Right To Know and its implications for the office and the citizens of Saskatchewan. September 28 to October 5, 2014 is Right to Know Week in Saskatchewan. This week recognizes the importance of the public’s right to access public documents through The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This kind of law promotes accountable government by requiring government to operate in a transparent fashion.
