The Department of Mathematics & Statistics and the Saskatchewan section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) are pleased to present a workshop on Seven Basic Problem Solving Tools featuring Steven Schuelka (Purdue University and California State University). This workshop focuses upon basic tools that are used by organisations to help find solutions to quality-based problems. Attendees will actively participate during the session, using these tools to frame issues and to arrive at possible paths to solutions. Hard copy training materials will be available at the door with registration and payment. Coffee breaks and lunch are included. This event is free for students.
