Hugh Wagner graduated with an MA in Politics from the University of Regina in 1980. He is General Secretary of the Grain and General Service Union and a labour-side member of the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. Hugh also serves on the ministerial advisory committee that reviewed Saskatchewan’s labour relations and employment legislation. He is an active volunteer in the community serving, for example, as a fishing guide and fund raiser for Wounded Warriors Weekend, an organization that helps injured Canadian Armed Forces members. Hugh will speak about the implications of the January 30, 2015 Supreme Court of Canada decision on the right to strike in SFL v. Saskatchewan.
