Attitudes toward volunteering have changed si gnificantly over the past 30 years. What inspires one generation to get inv olved may look very different for another. This workshop will explore those differences and offer practical approaches you can apply to strengthen vol unteer recruitment and retention in your organization.
Held as part o f the 2026 SCOPA AGM &\; Training Seminar\, this worksh op is open to everyone. You do not need to be a SCOPA or C itizens on Patrol member to attend. Volunteers\, nonprofit staff\, board me mbers\, community groups\, and anyone interested in volunteerism are welcom e.
