CPRS Regina (Director of Administration & Governance)

CPRS Regina is looking for a Director of Administration & Governance to join our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate would be someone who is actively working in or has a background in the field of Public Relations/Communications/Marketing.

CPRS Regina Board of Directors are required to be CPRS Regina members; however, outside applicants will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. As a national organization, anyone in Canada may apply for this position and attend board meetings remotely. All board members are required to attend monthly meetings.

Director of Administration & Governance (Duties)

• Sets and organizes the CPRS Regina board meetings
• Maintains the minutes for the chapter
• Works with the chapter Vice-President and the National Governance
• Committee to ensure CPRS Regina Bylaws are in accordance with the
  national bylaws.
• Coordinate chapter board elections held in the fall in conjunction with the nomination committee
• Keeps the chapter records via the board google folder on minutes, bylaw and
  bylaw changes (chapter year runs from September to August)
• Is a member of the executive team of CPRS Regina
• Member and board member recruitment
• Assists with the orientation of new board members, working with the Director
  of Membership
• Updates the chapter website as needed (cprsregina.sk.ca)
