Opportunity Description:

We are looking for volunteers for OUT in the Park!

Duties may include:

 

Set-up (8:00am – 11:00am)

Setting up chairs/tables

Setting up market area

Decorating

May have to haul up to 20lbs.

Bartending at Beer Garden (Shifts: 11:30 – 2:30 or 2:30 – 5:30)

Serving Alcohol

Keeping Bar Area Clean

Greeting Customers

Must be aged 19+

Must have SIRS (Serve-It-Right Saskatchewan)

Supervising Kids Area (Shifts: 11:30 – 2:30 or 2:30 – 5:30)

Keep Kids Area Clean

Keep Kids Area Safe

Market Area Point of Contact (Shifts: 11:30 – 2:30 or 2:30 – 5:30)

Direct Vendors to Allocated Market Spots

Keep Market Area Clean

Provide Support to Vendors

Queen City Pride Market Booth (Shifts: 11:30 – 2:30 or 2:30 – 5:30)

Complete Transactions at QCP Merchandise Booth

Greet and Interact with Customers

Tear Down (5:00pm – 7:00pm)

Take down decorations

Clean Area
