On October 17th, 2021, Quest4CF is coming to Regina! Quest is a family oriented, local, city-wide, Halloween themed, scavenger hunt! Families register their carload and are given clues that lead to different businesses and landmarks around the city. At each landmark, prizes and candy are given out! It’s a great way to spend some family time together while raising money for an amazing cause.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. At present, there is no cure. CF causes various effects on the body, but mainly affects the digestive system and lungs. The degree of CF severity differs from person to person, however, the persistence and ongoing infection in the lungs, with destruction of lungs and loss of lung function, will eventually lead to death in the majority of people with CF.

Cystic Fibrosis Canada works to provide support to Canadians living with CF by advocating for life-saving drugs, funding research, and covering medical costs.

Your role with us as a member of the Quest4CF Planning Committee would be to attend virtual meetings (1 during the summer, and a few in the fall), brainstorm clue and landmark ideas, and potentially organize prizes. This is a low-commitment and flexible opportunity.
