New Dance Horizons (Secret Gardens Tour Volunteer)

• Appropriate for youth (i.e., less than 18)
• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over
• Family-oriented volunteering

We are seeking volunteers once again for this year’s tour, our biggest to date! All of these sites require volunteers to welcome visitors and check passports, as well as to pass on information that will be of interest to our guests.

Volunteer Duties: Volunteers are asked to work two 3 ½ hour shift to receive a complimentary Secret Gardens Tour Passport, but even one shift would greatly help us make the gardens tour a success. Duties include greeting and managing the flow of traffic of ticket holders as they view the gardens.

Shift times are as follows:

• Friday, July 13 (Night Gardens only)    | 7:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m
• Saturday, July 14  9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | 12:45 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. | 7:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.
• Sunday, July 15  9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | 12:45 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. 

There are a number of shifts to choose from, and if you would like to volunteer for more than one shift, they do not have to be consecutive.

In the weeks prior to the tour more information will be sent out in regards to specific placements, duties, and any other activities that might be taking place.
