The Department of History would like to invite everyone to our Fall 2014 Colloquium. The Colloquium will be on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. in Ad Hum 348. Afterwards please join us for refreshments in the third floor lounge, Ad Hum 349. “Swastika Nightmares: Hitler Victorious in Science Fiction” Presented by: Dr. Nicholas Ruddick Dr. Ruddick is a Professor in the English Department at the University of Regina The talk will discuss some notable fictional and counterfactual representations of the consequences of an Axis victory in World War II. What do they indicate about the relationship between history and science fiction?
