RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps with the planning of the event;
- Volunteer recruitment, training and coordination on the day of the event;
- Helps to find sponsorship opportunities;
- Contributes to the collection of donated items;;
- Event promotion
COMMITMENT:
- 4 months;
- Attends Planning Committee meetings, monthly Feb & March & bi-monthly April & May. Some meetings are done through teleconference.
QUALIFICATIONS:

create new opportunities; - Organized: sets priorities, develops a work schedule, monitors progress towards goals, and tracks
details, data, information and activities; - Conflict Resolution: assess conflicting situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant
information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem; - Motivated and enthusiastic;
- Experience working with volunteers is an asset;
- Previous event planning experience is an asset.
