Better Bladder Control Join Kathy Roth, a public health nurse with RQ Health Region Seniors’ Healthy Living Program, who will talk about better bladder control. Come to learn more about the Urinary System, including the kidneys and bladder, types of incontinence and their associated causes, possible treatment options, and good bladder habits. Kathy will also provide information about the Pelvic Floor Pathway to help women understand more about the conditions they are experiencing. FREE
