HRI and the Department of History Present “The Ambition and Dilemma of Chinese Scholarship and the Pursuit of Great Power” by: Dr. Wang Li Dr. Wang Li is a Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs, Jilin University, in China. His current research focuses on international governance, China’s foreign and security policy, and Sino-U.S. Relations.
