Hockey Festival Volunteer (Rogers Hometown Hockey)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Do you LOVE Hockey?  Here is your chance to be part of a National tour highlighting our nations game! A Fun, Family friendly volunteer opportunity awaits you.  Rogers Hometown Hockey is coming to Regina the weekend of February 17 & 18 2018. We’re looking for volunteers just like you.

Rogers Hometown Hockey is a two-day outdoor hockey festival and it’s stopping in Regina, SK. This is an exciting, family friendly event!  We are looking for volunteers with high energy, positive attitude, and a love for hockey is a plus! Responsibilities will vary-- handing out free hot chocolate, running the festival games, walking even goers through virtual reality experiences, etc. All training will be provided.

The shifts that we are going to need covered are below.  Please let me know which interests you.  Volunteer Positions include: ball hockey rink helper, serving hot chocolate, photographer for photo frame.  If there is something that you would like to do in particular please let me know and we can try to accommodate that.

Shift times: 

Saturday 11:30am-3:00pm

Saturday 2:30pm-6:00pm

Sunday 11:30am-4:00pm

Sunday 4:30pm-9:00pm

Please let me know before 5:00pm Friday, February 16th, 2018 which shift/shifts you would like.  If you have any family or friends that would, like to volunteer please feel free to send them to emccartney@sdimktg.com.  Again, volunteers are a huge part enhancing the experience of any community festival.  We appreciate your interest and hope to see you out this weekend.
