Regina Foodbank Logo

The Regina Food Bank serves those most vulnerable in our community by providing programs and service directly, and through partnerships in the areas of food provision, essential skills development, and connections to community supports and opportunities.

We are neighbors feeding neighbors. These neighbors are our clients. In this city we rally around each other. We always have. This bond is the heartbeat of Regina.

The staff, volunteers, and donors of the Regina Food Bank feed hope. We do this with food – the ultimate connector that brings people together. We restore dignity, health and hope for our clients. We also build community – rallying the community to make Regina a more fair, caring, and dynamic city.

We run an efficient and impactful organization with low overhead and high impact making us a partner of choice for corporate and individual donors. We are relentlessly dedicated to our clients. It is a privilege and deep responsibility to be stewards of the food and funds our community affords us.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Regina Food Bank. Every day they show up and make a difference, enabling us to deliver 120, 378 points of service to our clients who live with food insecurity.

Join us in our fight against hunger — volunteer today.

You nourish your soul by fulfilling your destiny, by developing the potential that the soul represents. When you fulfill your soul’s destiny, you will feel “right.” Conversely, when you ignore your soul’s destiny, when you get caught up in your own self-interests and forget to care for others, you will not feel “right.” Instead, you will feel empty and unfulfilled. During these times, you are neglecting your soul–you are depriving it of nourishment. When I talk to people who feel this emptiness and lack of fulfillment, I recommend they find a source of balance in their lives. I suggest they find a way to “give back” to the world in order to feel a sense of completeness.
