Opportunity Description:

Are you interested in being a part of the team dedicated to helping Canadians living with Diabetes? Diabetes Canada is looking for a volunteer for the Data Entry Specialist position for our Regina office. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support and for enhancing the customer service experience for our donors, volunteers, community partners and the general public.

Skills Required

• Experience and comfortable working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and good computer skills in general • Comfortable on the telephone and making cold calls as needed • Punctual and reliable • Experience in an administrative or office environment or an interest in gaining experience in this area • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task • Ability to take initiative and be self-directed • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Time Commitment
1-2 days per week for 4-6 hours. One full day or two half days. During office hours on weekdays.
