Opportunity Description:

The Regina Work Preparation Centre (RWPC) is looking for individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors.

RWPC is a not-for-profit, charitable, community-based organization specializing in helping people look for, find, and maintain work. We have served Regina and the surrounding area for more than 40 years and have served over 20,000 clients.

We’re looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors. We are a working Board on a journey of transformation with leadership opportunities available. Individuals with financial and legal background/expertise are encouraged to apply.

Board Member Duties and Qualifications:
➢ Commit to a 3-year term.
➢ Attend 4-6 Board meetings per year.
➢ Participate on one of our active subcommittees.
➢ Support the strategic framework for RWPC.
➢ Approve annual budgets and operating plans.
➢ Govern the organization through bylaws and policies.
➢ Support the Executive Director role.
