Volunteer Recruitment & Retention Workshop
Organized by Saskatchewan Citizens On Patrol Association
About this Event
Looking for fresh ideas to attract volunteers and keep them engaged? Join the Saskatchewan Citizens on Patrol Association (SCOPA) on October 17, 2026, in Regina for âAttracting volunteers in new times,â presented by Kristy Muckosky of Volunteer Manitoba.
Attitudes toward volunteering have changed significantly over the past 30 years. What inspires one generation to get involved may look very different for another. This workshop will explore those differences and offer practical approaches you can apply to strengthen volunteer recruitment and retention in your organization.
Held as part of the 2026 SCOPA AGM & Training Seminar, this workshop is open to everyone. You do not need to be a SCOPA or Citizens on Patrol member to attend. Volunteers, nonprofit staff, board members, community groups, and anyone interested in volunteerism are welcome.
