Victim Services Volunteers play a vital role by offering emotional support, information, and referrals during some of the most difficult moments people face. Promote MADD Canada victim support programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, non-judgmental support to victims and survivors
- Offer information about available resources and services
- Assist with referrals to community and support agencies
- Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning
