We are seeking an organized, people-focused Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and support volunteers who play a critical role in delivering our programs and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new volunteers
- Act as the main point of contact for volunteer inquiries
- Coordinate training, schedules, and volunteer placement
- Maintain volunteer records and documentation
- Support volunteer engagement, recognition, and retention
- Work closely with leadership to identify volunteer needs
- Ensure volunteers understand policies, expectations, and roles
