We are looking for volunteers for our Before and After School Program to help our staff [lan, prep, and lead creative and active play for approximately 40 children from grades kindergarten to 6 at a Catholic School Located on Chuka Blvd. It includes assisting with set up, cleanup, and serving afternoon snacks, while providing excellent leadership, mentorship, and social Interaction. This is great opportunity for high school students as well as Kinesiology, Nursing, Education and Social Work students. We offer flexible hours and a positive work environment.
Regina Pride Inc. is a volunteer-based non-profit organization focused on outreach, community development, and celebration of the Gender and Sexually Diverse (GSD) communities of Regina through the Queen City Pride Festival and numerous other annual events. Throughout the year leading up to each festival, the Board of Directors host various fundraisers, seek sponsorships, apply for grants, and spend countless hours working with other community organizations to ensure each Pride Festival builds on its past successes and accomplishments.
Regent Park Community Association is a small group of people that is devoted to enhancing and improving life and a sense of community in Regina and in the Regent Park area.
It is a fun, non-formal group that has wonderful volunteer incentive programs. This volunteer work is very rewarding, fun, and easy!
Canadian Wildlife Federation's 'WILD Outside' is a conservation-based youth leadership program designed for 15- 18 year olds. It is free to participate and fully inclusive. Youth who join in the WILD Outside program will enjoy opportunities for outdoor adventure and immersive nature experiences, as well as connection with other local participants in the planning and delivery of community-based conservation service projects. The Regina Work Preparation Centre Inc. (Work Prep) is a non-profit, charitable, community-based organization that has served the Regina community for 45 years. Over the last four decades, Work Prep has assisted over 20,000 individuals in their journey to employment.
Every day, individuals utilize our services to assist them in preparing for the transition to work by accessing individualized supports that reinforce job readiness and basic skills training. This might be one to one vocational counselling, brief assistance in our computer resource center, group-based employability skill development or a 10 week paid program including group training and work placement for a young person.
Using innovative employment services that align with labour market needs, Work Prep also partners with employers to identify job seekers that match their required qualifications and provides ongoing connection and support for employers and employees to ensure success.
The Regina Garden Associates in a charitable organizations whose members operate the Regina Floral Conservatory in conjunction with the City of Regina. The Conservatory is located at 1450B Fourth Ave. We are passionate about providing a unique, indoor tropical garden for the enjoyment and education of all ages and cultures in our community. The Floral Conservatory is closed to the public at this time due to COVID although dedicated volunteers continue to maintain the greenery.

This plan will serve as a map to show your progress, successes and any need for changes and exploration of new opportunities on your journey to employment.
The Salvation Army Haven of Hope ministries provides emergency and social services to families and individuals that are disadvantaged and marginalized in and around the city of Regina. We run many transformative programs, to help lift people out of poverty, addiction and homelessness. These include "Lunch with Sally," preparing income tax returns, Christmas assistance, camp programs for kids, and bagged lunches for low-income school children. We also provide direct resources to those in desperate need of emergency services: food hampers, clothing, baby supplies and even beds through our Sleep Country program. We drive these programs through our annual Kettle Campaign each year - which is where volunteers are most needed. Please sign-up today and support those most vulnerable.

The Regina General Hospital Auxiliary is a nonprofit charity that raises funds for equipment and services needed for patients, families and staff of the General Hospital, located in Regina. The two main fundraising projects managed by the auxiliary is the Gift Shop (also includes a mobile cart that goes to patient wards) and a second hand Book Store.
Our mission is to stop impaired driving and to support victims of this violent crime.
