SCOPA (Saskatchewan Citizens on Patrol Association)
About Us
The Saskatchewan Citizens On Patrol Association (SCOPA) is dedicated to fostering safer communities across Saskatchewan. SCOPA brings together Saskatchewan Citizens on Patrol members who share a mission: to make neighbourhoods safer through civic involvement and partnership.
SCOPA is a volunteer-based crime prevention program that works closely with the RCMP “F” Division and municipal police forces to support safer neighbourhoods and stronger community connections.
Our volunteers patrol Saskatchewan communities by both vehicle and foot, serving as extra eyes and ears for law enforcement. By maintaining a visible presence in neighbourhoods, rural areas, and around local businesses, SCOPA members help deter crime, report suspicious activity, and promote public safety.
As part of the province-wide Citizens On Patrol Program (COPP), SCOPA focuses on crime prevention, community awareness, and traffic safety. Together with law enforcement, we build trust, cooperation, and safer communities throughout Saskatchewan.
