We are seeking an organized, people-focused Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and support volunteers who play a critical role in delivering our programs and services. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new volunteers
• Act as the main point of contact for volunteer inquiries
• Coordinate training, schedules, and volunteer placement
• Maintain volunteer records and documentation
• Support volunteer engagement, recognition, and retention
• Work closely with leadership to identify volunteer needs
